AQIUM International Inc. (AQIUM) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 1999. During the same year, it was able to secure a license from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to recruit and deploy workers for Overseas Employment including performing artists.
MANAGEMENT
AQIUM consists of trained and experienced officers and staff who carry out their respective job responsibilities. The President was a former project officer of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA). His involvement in the Filipino Overseas Employment Program inspired him to run the agency and thus spearheaded its success. Aside from hard-working and competent personnel, the management is complemented with conducive office spaces, seminar rooms, studio and other facilities housed at 4K Plaza Building, 677 Shaw Boulevard, Kapitolyo, Pasig City. (fronting Rizal Provincial Capitol). A branch office in Tanay, Rizal was later established to support the growing needs of the company.

Vinosa Promotion & Training Center, Inc., a TESDA-Accredited training center with Ms. Noemi Alberto as President, is a producer of more than 3000 overseas performing artists deployed by the agency.
Vinosa Trains and Develops Artists, Singers, Dancers and Musical Performers. Its office and facilities is also housed at 4K Plaza Building which is owned by the Albertos, stockholders of Aqium.
RJN Manpower Agency, a licensed local manpower employment agency, produces skilled hotel and factory workers. It is located at 2118 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Pasay City. The President of Aqium is also a Proprietor of RJN.

It is involved in management of professional artists (like Singers and Bands), recording and production of music and arts related event.
