AQIUM International Inc. (AQIUM) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 1999. During the same year, it was able to secure a license from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to recruit and deploy workers for Overseas Employment including performing artists.

AQIUM consists of trained and experienced officers and staff who carry out their respective job responsibilities. The President was a former project officer of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA). His involvement in the Filipino Overseas Employment Program inspired him to run the agency and thus spearheaded its success. Aside from hard-working and competent personnel, the management is complemented with conducive office spaces, seminar rooms, studio and other facilities housed at 4K Plaza Building, 677 Shaw Boulevard, Kapitolyo, Pasig City. (fronting Rizal Provincial Capitol). A branch office in Tanay, Rizal was later established to support the growing needs of the company.

External services such as an Auditor, Legal Council, POEA-Accredited Medical Clinics and Consultants are engaged part of the management of the agency
